BDS have published a suite of Multi-Disciplinary Contracts in Great Britain (2025), these include:
- Grounds Maintenance
- Street Cleansing
- Leisure Facility Management
- Highways Maintenance
As of date of publication:
- BS have identified approximately 1,100 contracts associated with Grounds Maintenance, Street Cleansing and Leisure Facility Management. ~13% of contracts are due for renewal by the end of 2026 (~2% out of contract by 31st December 2025).
- Approximately 320 Highways Maintenance Contracts are identified in the contracts register, ~29% of contracts are due for renewal by the end of 2026 (~10% out of contract by 31st December 2025).
