Rachel joined the BDS team in early 2020 after a number of extensive roles in data analysis, consultancy and market research.
Rachel has in excess of 25 years business knowledge, research and management experience with a high level understanding of project management, brief & tender development, budget control, data collection, analysis and evaluation, report writing, stakeholder consultation and communications.
Andy Sales
Associate Advisor
Andy started his career in the industry as a market analyst with ARC prior to its acquisition and renaming as Hanson. Over 20 years in the company, he filled a number of senior management roles covering marketing, IT, leading projects and implementing change management helping the business to develop its operational and strategic growth plans.
Andy has been with BDS for over 15 years, now in the role of Associate Advisor.
Nicky Viner
Researcher & BDS Secretary
Nicky joined BDS in 2002. Nicky manages the BDS online planning portal and monthly reports. Additional activities include research support, report preparation & distribution. Nicky also undertakes the general administration for BDS including invoicing and client liaison.
