UK Housing market: A review of opportunities and analysis of issues
The house building industry has been hit as hard as any sector in the current recession. Whilst there are signs that the bottom of the market may have been reached, there is widespread uncertainty about the pace of any recovery. There is a need for an independent analysis of the market which assesses trends and forecasts the likely course of the house building industry in the years ahead.
A new report was published in July 2009 in conjunction with HobsonFord Associates, entitled: 'UK Housing Market: A review of opportunities and analysis of issues'. By analysing the need for new homes, housing affordability, the role of the public sector and Government policy and other issues, the report will tell you: - the forecast level of house building in the short term - longer terms prospects for the industry - supply considerations Extending to 40 pages, the report will be published four times a year, in July, October, January and April. Future issues will cover aspects such as: - the effect of rising unemployment - the role of local authorities - changes in mortgage lending The cost of 1 issue is £600.00. The cost of an annual subscription (four issues) is £1,200.00 View sample page (with facility to save & print) Request a price for this report |
