The report is available in PDF format or as an Excel file.  The Excel file also includes all schemes from January 2005 to current date. This allows subscribers to identify applications and consents by company, type of product or area over a period of time. Back copies are also available.

Information is obtained from personal and telephone contact and monitoring web sites of County Councils and local authorities. The original application is included in the report together with the consent (if approved)

Mineral companies subscribe to the report to monitor competitor activity. Suppliers of equipment, products and services use the report to gain new sales leads. As well as the site address, details include a contact office address and telephone number.
